Accessibility Statement
TinyBeast LLC wants everyone to be able to use our website, including people with disabilities.
Our goal
We aim for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We consider accessibility an ongoing responsibility, not a one-time task.
What we've built in
- Keyboard access: every link and control can be reached and used with a keyboard, in a logical order, with no keyboard traps.
- Visible focus: a clear outline shows where keyboard focus is.
- Skip link: a "Skip to main content" link is the first item on every page.
- Screen reader support: pages use meaningful titles, headings, landmarks, and descriptive link text. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Readable text: a large base font size, generous line spacing, and text that can be resized or zoomed to 400% without losing content.
- Color contrast: text and important visual elements are designed to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios. We don't use color alone to convey meaning.
- Reduced motion: decorative animation is subtle, never flashes, and turns off if your device is set to reduce motion.
- Simple navigation: the same navigation appears in the same place on every page, and the site works without JavaScript.
How we've checked
As of October 21, 2026, we have reviewed this website using automated testing (axe-core), keyboard-only navigation, browser zoom up to 400%, narrow mobile screen widths, color contrast measurement, and reduced-motion settings.
Automated tools can't catch every accessibility problem, and we have not yet completed testing with every combination of screen reader and browser. We have not had the site formally audited or certified. If something doesn't work for you, please tell us.
Report a problem
If you have trouble using any part of this website, or need information in a different format, email us at orion@tinybeastllc.com. Please tell us the page address and what happened. We'll do our best to fix the problem and to get you the information you need.
Our apps
This statement covers our website. We also design our apps with accessibility in mind, and will describe the accessibility features of each app when it's released.
