1. Who we are
This policy explains how TinyBeast LLC ("we," "us") handles information in connection with our website, tinybeastllc.com, and our mobile apps. If you have questions, email us at orion@tinybeastllc.com.
2. Information collected on this website
This website is a simple informational site. We built it to collect as little as possible:
- No accounts or sign-ups. You can't create an account here.
- No forms. The site has no contact or sign-up forms. If you contact us, you do it from your own email app.
- No cookies. We don't set cookies.
- No analytics, advertising, or tracking. We don't use analytics tools, advertising networks, tracking pixels, or social media widgets.
- No third-party content. Our fonts and images are served from our own site, so loading a page doesn't send requests to other companies.
Technical information processed by our host. Like any website, when you visit, your browser sends technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested, to the servers that deliver the site. Our website is hosted by Netlify, which processes this information to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. We don't use it to identify you. See Netlify's privacy policy for how they handle it.
3. When you email us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if your email includes it, and whatever you write. We use this only to read and reply to your message and to keep a record of our correspondence. We don't add you to a mailing list and we don't sell or share your information for advertising.
Our email is provided by Northwest Registered Agent, which stores messages on our behalf.
4. Our mobile apps
This policy covers our website. Our apps are still in development and none has been released yet.
Before we release any app, we will publish a privacy policy for that app describing exactly what information it collects, if any, how it's used, and which service providers are involved. We'll also provide the privacy details that app stores require. Apps designed for children will be reviewed for children's privacy requirements before release.

6. Children's privacy
This website is for parents, families, and anyone interested in our company. It doesn't collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us at orion@tinybeastllc.com and we'll delete it.
7. How long we keep information
We keep email correspondence only as long as we need it to respond to you and for our ordinary business records, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time. Technical data processed by our host is kept according to the host's own policies.
8. Your choices and requests
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email orion@tinybeastllc.com with your request. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
